  • Our spa is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule and ensure a relaxing experience.


  • While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can dedicate the time and attention you deserve. By scheduling ahead, we can make your experience more personalized and tailored to your needs, without the wait.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and e-transfers. Additionally, we offer gift cards that can be used for both treatments and products.

  • Yes, we have parking available for you during your appointment.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Absolutely! We understand that life happens. You can reschedule your appointment by calling us or visiting our online booking page. Please try to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate you.

Pre-Treatment & Preparation

  • To get the most out of your treatment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms. For facial treatments, it’s best to come with clean skin—please avoid wearing makeup if possible.

  • For best results, we recommend avoiding retinol, exfoliants, and any harsh active ingredients 3-5 days before your facial. Your esthetician will also provide pre-treatment instructions based on your specific treatment.

  • We offer treatments for all ages; however, some services may require parental consent for minors. We can advise on the best treatment options based on age and skin condition during your consultation.

  • This will be discussed during your consultation. We recommend wearing something comfortable that allows easy access to the area being treated. Your comfort and privacy are always our priority.

Services & Treatments

  • We offer a wide range of Facials, Body Treatments, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, LED Therapy, and more! We specialize in customized treatments that are tailored to your specific skin concerns. Check out our Services page for detailed descriptions.

  • A facial is a relaxing treatment that focuses on cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating the skin. A chemical peel, on the other hand, uses exfoliating acids to remove dead skin cells, improving texture, pigmentation, and fine lines. It’s typically more intensive and may require some downtime.

  • Microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-channels in the skin, stimulating collagen production and encouraging skin rejuvenation. You can expect improvements in skin texture, reduction of fine lines, and healing of scars after several sessions. Results are typically seen within 4–6 weeks, with continued improvement over time.

  • Dermaplaning is a gentle exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz, leaving your skin silky smooth and radiant. It enhances the effectiveness of other treatments and is ideal for preparing your skin for a facial or chemical peel.

  • A Hydrafacial is a non-invasive treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin using a unique vortex technology. It’s perfect for addressing a variety of skin concerns like dryness, acne, and fine lines, leaving your skin refreshed and glowing.

Aftercare & Recovery

  • Downtime varies depending on the treatment. For Facials and mild treatments, you can resume normal activities right away. More intensive treatments like Microneedling, RF Microneedling, Chemical Peels, IPL, and Laser Treatments may cause redness, peeling, or sensitivity for 24–72 hours. For IPL and Laser Treatments, avoid exercise for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation. Your esthetician will provide post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal healing.

  • Results from Facials can last anywhere from 2–4 weeks, depending on your skin type and treatment. More advanced treatments like Microneedling and Chemical Peels offer longer-lasting results, with cumulative benefits over multiple sessions. RF Face & Body Treatments can provide results that last for months to years, depending on the individual and maintenance treatments. We will recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you maintain optimal results.

  • After a facial or Hydrafacial, hydrate your skin with a gentle moisturizer and apply SPF daily. For microneedling and chemical peels, avoid makeup for 24 hours and follow post-care instructions, including the use of hydrating serums and avoiding harsh products for a few days. It's important to protect your skin from sun exposure.

  • Side effects are typically minimal and temporary. You may experience redness, mild swelling, or irritation after microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments, but these effects usually subside within a few hours to a few days. Your esthetician will ensure you’re well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.

  • After facials and Hydrafacials, you may wear makeup immediately. However, for microneedling, chemical peels, and ClearLift Fractional Laser treatments, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours to allow your skin to recover. Always apply SPF if you're going outside to protect your skin.
